Aphrodite’s Bazaar – 02/7/2023

There is something beguiling about ‘the after-hours’… It’s an extraordinary moment when you discover a new treasure, find yourself in a different part of town, or meet a magical stranger under the stars of a snow-swept evening.

We, the SLC Lunatics, will be curating these nocturnal markets (each with a different theme) on the *second Tuesday* of every month. 

The theme for February is Aphrodite’s Bazaar!

Encouraged Attire: Come dressed as your favorite Greek Goddess or Demi-God. Togas, angels, centaurs & love-struck mythological monsters are also welcome!

*Featuring musical guest Talin Everett – This angel – who is, in our opinion, some of the best new talent in town – will absolutely dazzle your soul & melt your heart. Trust us Lunis, you will not want to miss this incredible opportunity to hear melodies that make even the most ferocious of Gods weep! 

You may also explore Persephone’s Parlour – an ethereal lounge & photo booth. Installed by stylist & creative director Luna Lovechild – this goddess is offering up the perfect moment for you to indulge in co-creating a romantic piece of imagery. (think along the lines of John William Waterhouse) You may choose to take a self portrait as a keepsake or to give as a gift. Or you & your loved one(s) can curate an iconic memory together!

What To Expect: A fantastic array of SLC purveyors, including makers, artists, treasure hunters, & affiliates of the obscure! Plus + live music & performances, delicious local food, & more!
